Location: Must be based in the United States and able to commute to the Redmond office at least four days per week.

Salary: $119,800 – $258,000 per year, depending on location.

What you will do

• Design and develop the core backend platform for Advertiser Copilot using Semantic Kernel.
• Integrate advanced Generative AI models for text, image, and video generation.
• Build and optimize scalable AI-driven workflows for campaign management.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver intuitive features.
• Ensure system reliability and performance as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI).
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions on system architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience with languages like C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Must pass hirify.global Cloud background check and maintain security clearance requirements.
• Must be located within commuting distance of a hirify.global U.S. office for the hybrid work requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in REST API development and scalable communication protocols.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Agent Framework or similar AI integration tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with AI researchers and designers.
