What you will do

  • Drive and close strategic high-stakes commercial agreements with U.S. mobile carriers, OEMs, and enterprise partners.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation, closing, and long-term expansion.
  • Represent the company at the highest levels with carrier and OEM executives to build strategic credibility.
  • Integrate hirify.global into carrier distribution and monetization workflows.
  • Act as an internal authority on carrier strategy to inform product and monetization decisions.
  • Work directly with the CEO and executive team to own the carrier revenue strategy and hit ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading carrier or OEM partnerships within the U.S. telco ecosystem.
  • Established deep relationships with key stakeholders at U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, MVNOs).
  • Experience closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals rather than just supporting them.
  • Must have the ability to navigate carrier politics, procurement, legal, and executive decision-makers effectively.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
