What you will do

• Gather and analyze business needs through stakeholder workshops and interviews
• Model business processes and system interactions using BPMN, UML, and Archimate
• Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Manage and prioritize backlogs within an Agile/Scrum framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and QA to ensure solution feasibility
• Perform As-Is/To-Be analysis to support organizational transformation

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex systems
• Fluency in both English and French (mandatory)
• Expertise in BPMN, UML, Archimate, and Visual Paradigm
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• Experience with ERP systems in finance, public sector, or related domains
• Advanced degree in IT, Engineering, or Business

Nice to have

• Knowledge of microservices architecture or UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with TOGAF or Prometa frameworks
• Proficiency in German or Luxembourgish
