Business Analyst

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization or automation opportunities using BPMN.
• Support project managers in planning, scoping, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, UI/UX, Product Owners) to ensure correct implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis within IT/software development.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of requirements analysis techniques, process modeling, and documentation standards (use cases, user stories, BPMN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Nice to have

• ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP certifications (or ongoing preparation).
