What you will do

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and validation of complex business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and technical teams to define clear, actionable user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or improvements to support change initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts on best practices and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project risks and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Must be located in Manila, Philippines and able to work in a hybrid model.
• Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems (MBA preferred).
