What you will do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Lightning Network adoption across various verticals.
• Identify and build relationships with target companies, ranging from Lightning-first startups to established financial players.
• Provide strategic support to existing customers by assisting with feature requests and technical inquiries.
• Create high-quality thought leadership content, including blog posts and press releases, to drive product awareness.
• Engage with community platforms to grow organic awareness and support marketing and funnel activities.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on target markets and tailored value propositions.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or finance roles.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for bitcoin, the Lightning Network, and financial inclusion.
• Ability to work autonomously across different time zones.
• Demonstrated capacity to reach out to new audiences and build creative solutions.
• Fast learner capable of absorbing technical concepts quickly.

Nice to have

• Track record of public writing on global financial markets, bitcoin, or stablecoins.
• Existing relationships with entrepreneurs and developers in emerging markets like LATAM, Asia, or Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Deep familiarity with the Lightning community and technical understanding of bitcoin.
