Customer Support Representative (Danish Speaker) (iGaming): Providing professional and empathetic support to Danish-speaking users to ensure a seamless gaming experience with an accent on account management, payments, and responsible gambling compliance. Focus on troubleshooting complex user issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high service standards in a regulated market.

Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work available after 3 months).

What you will do

  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support to Danish-speaking users.
  • Resolve escalated player issues related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and games.
  • Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Fraud, Casino, and Sportsbook teams to address complex cases.
  • Follow internal procedures and strict compliance requirements for regulated markets.
  • Track and escalate bugs, outages, or complaints using internal tools.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by suggesting improvements based on recurring customer issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (native or near-native) is mandatory.
  • Good English proficiency required.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming or a digital environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Customer-first and proactive mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and regulatory environments.
  • Experience with B2C brands in online gaming, betting, or fintech.
