Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid work available after 3 months).

What you will do
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer support to Danish-speaking users.
- Resolve escalated player issues related to accounts, payments, bonuses, and games.
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk, Fraud, Casino, and Sportsbook teams to address complex cases.
- Follow internal procedures and strict compliance requirements for regulated markets.
- Track and escalate bugs, outages, or complaints using internal tools.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by suggesting improvements based on recurring customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (native or near-native) is mandatory.
- Good English proficiency required.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in iGaming or a digital environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Customer-first and proactive mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and regulatory environments.
- Experience with B2C brands in online gaming, betting, or fintech.
