TL;DR
Taas Control Tower Analyst (Customer Support): Monitoring and tracking alerts for TaaS fleets on the platform and responding to alerts by informing fleet and service providers to ensure service is performed and alerts are resolved. Focus on communicating with fleets, service providers and installations partners to ensure service delivery and troubleshooting hardware L1 support.

What you will do
- Monitor TaaS vehicles via the GMC platform and react to alerts by informing the fleet and service providers.
- Take contact with customers and dealers by phone and email.
- Handle job authorization for TaaS accounts and check if data is in line with job requests.
- Arrange breakdown service for the fleet(s) by calling service providers or arranging roadside service via the Serviceline.
- Support data management in GMC, Salesforce, and MyWay.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working in a call center or other customer support facing position.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and ticketing tools.
- Experience with planning and scheduling.
- Language: Advanced in French and English.
- Team player, flexible, and adaptable.

- Previous experience in transport or technical sector.
