Taas Control Tower Analyst

TL;DR

Taas Control Tower Analyst: Monitoring and tracking alerts for TaaS fleets on the platform and responding to alerts by informing fleet and service providers to ensure service is performed and alerts are resolved with an accent on communication with fleets, service providers and installations partners to ensure service delivery. Focus on troubleshooting hardware L1 support and remote checks on TCUs and sensors.

What you will do

• Monitor the TaaS vehicles via the GMC platform and react on alerts by informing the fleet and service providers to ensure service is done and alerts are resolved.
• Take contact with the customer and dealers both by phone and email.
• Handle job authorization for TaaS accounts and check if data is in line with job requests.
• Arrange breakdown service for the fleet(s) by calling service providers which are on route for the fleet or arrange roadside service via the hirify.global Serviceline.
• Support data management in GMC, Salesforce, MyWay.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience working in a call center or other customer support facing position.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Excel and ticketing tools.
• Experience with planning and scheduling.
• Language: Advanced in Portuguese and English.
• Team player, flexible and adaptable person with good self-organization and daily workflow planning skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in transport or technical sector is seen as a plus.
