What you will do

• Research and identify senior decision-makers such as CEOs and Directors to align with event objectives.
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect contact lists using CRM tools and LinkedIn.
• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns using direct mail and email.
• Provide accurate and relevant data to support marketing and sponsorship sales efforts.
• Contribute to the ongoing effectiveness of event marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Recognized degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in lead generation or strong research abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language.
• Must be based in Cape Town and available for immediate start.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to a performance-driven culture.
