What you will do
- Develop tailored account strategies to drive adoption and usage of protocol offerings.
- Lead the onboarding process and deliver educational workshops for users.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to assess account health and proactively identify challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and technical implementation support.
- Advocate for user requirements internally to influence product development and roadmap.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or account management.
- Solid understanding of the Web3 and blockchain industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with significant ambiguity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipelines and forecasting.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
