What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Define and drive the adoption of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for consistent platform reliability.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitOps practices.
• Improve system observability and visibility using tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
• Participate in incident response, on-call rotations, and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while contributing to architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Proven experience in SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong software engineering skills (Java, Python, or Go).
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools and CI/CD automation.
• Understanding of networking and security practices within regulated environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with HIPAA or SOC 2 compliance.
• Advanced knowledge of Helm and ArgoCD.
