What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end observability using ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines utilizing CircleCI, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Lead incident response and postmortems within a blameless culture.
• Automate operational workflows using Go, Python, or Bash.
• Drive SRE best practices through technical presentations and workshops for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany to support hybrid office attendance in Berlin.
• Fluent English (C1) is essential for cross-team communication.
• Proven experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud automation.
• Expertise in observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and deployment automation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and share knowledge.
