What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of ML models from ideation to production deployment.
• Translate business objectives into measurable data science goals and success metrics.
• Design and execute robust testing methodologies to quantify model impact.
• Deliver production-ready code and package models as scalable APIs or microservices.
• Maintain operational health, scalability, and monitoring for all production ML systems.
• Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to communicate roadmaps and insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Proven leadership experience driving technical strategy and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with production ML systems, model monitoring, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Strong understanding of data engineering and feature engineering techniques.
• Knowledge of healthcare data environments, real-time location systems (RTLS), or EHR systems.
