What you will do

• Design, build, test, and ship machine learning models and AI-powered product services from concept through production.
• Prototype implementations quickly and validate them with real patients and care teams, particularly in sensitive clinical contexts.
• Build reusable, well-architected ML patterns and scalable systems that are easier to maintain and extend.
• Develop transparent and reliable automation that clearly communicates how AI supports patients and providers.
• Improve performance, accessibility, reliability, and production quality through debugging and optimization.
• Document effective AI-native prompts, patterns, and workflows for the engineering team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or computer vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience building ML pipelines and using distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Databricks.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including ECS, EKS, or AWS Lambda.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch.
