What you will do

• Design, build, and ship high-quality product experiences and services from concept to production.
• Prototype and validate ML implementations quickly with real patients and care teams.
• Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns to ensure codebase scalability.
• Develop transparent automation systems that communicate AI actions to patients and providers.
• Optimize system performance, accessibility, and reliability through cross-team collaboration.
• Document and share AI-native workflows, prompts, and patterns to accelerate team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning or computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow (PyTorch is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with ML pipelines and distributed frameworks like Apache Spark or Databricks.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including ECS, EKS, or AWS Lambda.
• Must be located in New York, NY, United States.
