What you will do

• Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team in a two-week Agile cadence.
• Drive continuous improvements in ecommerce performance, including CRO, checkout flow, and product presentation.
• Define and track key ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor.
• Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and content teams to translate business needs into execution plans.
• Manage the roadmap and backlog for 11 real estate brands across multiple technology stacks.
• Conduct structured A/B tests and experiments to refine priorities and strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, specifically in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments.
• Proven track record of managing Agile sprint teams and delivering product roadmaps.
• Strong technical understanding of ecommerce platforms, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising systems.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across complex, multi-platform environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in modern product tools like JIRA and analytics/experimentation platforms.
