What you will do

• Define and execute the Digital Purchases roadmap to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Lead end-to-end product development cycles from requirements gathering and prioritization to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Drive product improvements to enhance data granularity, merchant coverage, and automation capabilities.
• Identify and sponsor new business opportunities, including geographic expansion and adjacent businesses like eRetail Media.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate client pain points into solvable problems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, market intelligence, or data platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and panel data ecosystems.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JIRA and BigQuery.
• Ability to use SQL and Python to query and analyze data.
