Focus on delivering high-quality branded content, engaging audiences, and achieving client KPIs.

What you will do

  • Assist in the development of sponsored / branded content briefs and campaign proposals.
  • Translate paid elements into tactical media plans and negotiate buy details.
  • Monitor pacing and implement campaign optimization recommendations.
  • Support outreach and relationship management with media publishers, bloggers, influencers, and content platforms.
  • Implement, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across self-serve platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
  • Produce high quality internal and external campaign reporting.

Requirements

  • At least six months of relevant experience in planning and buying digital media.
  • Strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills.
  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Be a self-starter and excel in a collaborative environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-size projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Experience analyzing paid media campaign performance and developing and implementing optimization recommendations.
  • Experience with digital direct campaigns (publisher communications, RFP process, etc.).
  • Understanding of other paid media channels such as paid social, programmatic, paid search etc.
