What you will do

• Build and maintain high-performance validator infrastructure, light clients, and RPC nodes.
• Design, implement, and improve robust monitoring and alerting systems for crypto infrastructure.
• Address complex technical challenges related to distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Enhance infrastructure security through server hardening, secure key management, and proactive intrusion detection.
• Engage with global teams to ensure high availability and participate in public blockchain forums.
• Experiment with emerging blockchain technologies and optimize infrastructure deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in managing proof-of-stake blockchain infrastructure, specifically Solana or Ethereum.
• Deep expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, and networking across cloud and bare-metal environments.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration and configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Salt.
• Proficiency in Bash scripting and at least one high-level language such as Python, Golang, or Rust.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain complex, scalable production systems.
• Willingness to work in a flat, fast-paced team structure with reliable and predictable availability.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with on-chain trading and DeFi protocols.
• Strong background in risk management concepts within financial environments.
