What you will do

• Lead merchant onboarding processes in alignment with acquiring and scheme compliance requirements.
• Assess and review KYC, KYB, and underwriting documentation for risk indicators.
• Manage complex onboarding cases specifically from high-risk verticals like crypto, forex, and adult.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and risk departments to optimize workflows.
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous adherence to Visa and Mastercard standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in merchant onboarding, underwriting, or KYC roles.
• Proven hands-on experience in card acquiring processes.
• Background in high-risk industries such as crypto, forex, or adult sectors.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Riga.
