TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager & Pre-Sales Specialist (Fintech): Guiding customers through technical discovery, complex audits, and API integration with an accent on translating regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria (Hybrid arrangement).

Salary: €40,000–€50,000/year.

What you will do

  • Lead technical pre-sales consultations to help customers implement solutions.
  • Support clients through critical audit and self-certification phases under tight deadlines.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using logs and developer tools like Postman and curl.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to generate documentation and optimize support efficiency.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and technical kick-off calls for API integrations.
  • Serve as the customer advocate to the Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in technical support, consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, logs, and developer tools.
  • Ability to thrive in regulated environments and handle pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and interest in AI-driven workflows.
