What you will do

• Develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions for HR and payroll processes.
• Support the customization of SAP HCM modules.
• Assist in preparing and executing unit and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document ABAP developments, processes, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure the system meets functional and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ABAP development for SAP HCM and Payroll (minimum 2 successful projects of similar scope & complexity in the last 5 years).
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM payroll processes, including retroactive payroll and expat payroll scenarios.
• Experience in customizing SAP reports, forms, and templates.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of integration with Word/PDF templates and document mass transfer automation in SAP.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with payroll regulations for Hungary and Egypt.
• Experience with automated work contract generation and management in SAP.
• Prior involvement in international SAP HR digitalization projects.
• Experience with authorization management in SAP.
