What you will do
- Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and maintain comprehensive value delivery plans.
- Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery from planning through to realization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building and nurturing strong executive-level client relationships.
- Advise clients on automation best practices to ensure objectives are met and value is maximized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and sales teams to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach.
- Track progress against success milestones and work with clients to resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience (8+ years) in customer success roles.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, specifically within SaaS or RPA spaces.
- Background in professional services and associated support motions.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
