What you will do

  • Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy and maintain comprehensive value delivery plans.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery from planning through to realization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, building and nurturing strong executive-level client relationships.
  • Advise clients on automation best practices to ensure objectives are met and value is maximized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and sales teams to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach.
  • Track progress against success milestones and work with clients to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience (8+ years) in customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, specifically within SaaS or RPA spaces.
  • Background in professional services and associated support motions.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
