What you will do

• Identify and implement automation solutions across the organization to improve operational velocity.
• Administer and integrate various SaaS environments and internal business systems.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure for internal services using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and develop scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and influence the technical culture within the IT team.
• Research and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize system performance and integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and near one of the following hub locations: Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.
• Must be able to work in-office at least twice per week.
• Practical experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Ruby, Python, Bash/Shell, or Golang.
• In-depth knowledge of modern SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) and API standards like REST and GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Github Actions or Buildkite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato, Okta Workflows, or Boomi.
• Knowledge of modern MDM systems for macOS and Windows.
• Previous experience leveraging AI tools to increase operational velocity.
