What you will do

• Assist customers with evaluations, system configurations, and installation of complex storage solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to define product requirements and create technical specifications.
• Develop architecture blueprints for repeatable solutions to support sales strategy.
• Provide technical leadership on distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive SAN/NAS offerings.
• Consult on the formation and management of field engineering and support organizations.
• Deliver technical product and architecture presentations to diverse customer audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage sales to large IT organizations.
• Strong understanding of unstructured data applications, analytics, and web frameworks.
• Knowledge of virtualization, high-performance networking, and enterprise security.
• Ability to thrive and perform in an unstructured startup-like environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentation delivery.
