• Troubleshoot product issues to identify root causes under the guidance of managers and peers.
• Conduct quality testing for applications, content, and workflows.
• Support global product teams in various operational activities.
• Communicate product bugs and workarounds to stakeholders in Product, Content, Engineering, and Support.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting on testing and support activities.
• Organize and manage individual tasks and workflows.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management or business intelligence.
• Preferable background in the FinTech industry.
• Ability to work from the office in Manila, Philippines.
