What you will do

• Identify user needs through data analysis, market research, and user interviews to define product requirements.
• Coordinate the service planning process from initial concept through to final product launch.
• Maintain clear documentation including BRD/PRD, user flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country teams including UX, development, QA, and marketing.
• Facilitate cross-team decision-making to ensure consistent progress and timely delivery.
• Evaluate post-launch product performance by monitoring user feedback and key metrics to recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, service planning, or project management.
• Background in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or software industries.
• Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch in cross-country, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, process flows, and product specs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in UX research methods like usability testing and focus groups.
