What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ideate and optimize the user journey from onboarding to trading and payments.
• Own and improve operational metrics, including KYC pass rates and payment/trading conversions.
• Drive decision-making using quantitative results, AB testing, qualitative research, and customer insights.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to scale the business efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science) or design-related field (e.g., HCI).
• Experience building and managing crypto, payments, or fintech products.
• Familiarity with the Philippines and/or Southeast Asian markets.
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset to reach KPI goals.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers, legal teams, and executives.
