What you will do

• Lead and scale accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting under HGB and IFRS standards.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve process efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and develop a team of approximately 20 accounting professionals.
• Act as the senior point of contact for Group Accounting, Reporting, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-entity accounting environments.
• Deep expertise in financial accounting standards (HGB and IFRS).
• Demonstrated success in building or transforming accounting organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both German and English required.
