What you will do

• Operationalize compliance by translating regulatory guidance into SOPs and decision trees.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness for new features.
• Lead compliance readiness planning and act as the primary point of contact for audits.
• Design scalable compliance frameworks embedded directly into support workflows.
• Monitor and manage operational risks, surfacing insights to guide mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans to resolve readiness gaps and policy changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience operationalizing risk, compliance, or regulatory requirements in health or data privacy environments.
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable operational processes.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Product, or Engineering teams.
• Proficiency in CRM or workflow platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boston or Limerick.
