What you will do
- Operationalize compliance by translating regulatory guidance into SOPs and decision trees.
- Partner with Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness for new features.
- Lead compliance readiness planning and act as the primary point of contact for audits.
- Design scalable compliance frameworks embedded directly into support workflows.
- Monitor and manage operational risks, surfacing insights to guide mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional plans to resolve readiness gaps and policy changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience operationalizing risk, compliance, or regulatory requirements in health or data privacy environments.
- Ability to translate complex legal requirements into actionable operational processes.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Product, or Engineering teams.
- Proficiency in CRM or workflow platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk.
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston or Limerick.
