What you will do

• Architect AI-enhanced workflows to automate complex DevOps tasks and optimize solution configurations.
• Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of custom Labs engagements.
• Define architectural best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for custom solutions.
• Partner with customers to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Mentor engineers and consultants to elevate the technical capabilities of the team.
• Manage technical risks while balancing rapid AI-driven innovation with system stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or senior engineering roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture including Apex, LWC, integrations, and metadata management.
• Experience with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipeline design, preferably using hirify.global.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver AI-enhanced or automation-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for executive and customer audiences.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Background in a Professional Services or Labs delivery environment.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM integration patterns.
• Experience defining Day 2 support and lifecycle ownership processes.
