What you will do

• Drive program management for key compliance certifications including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
• Lead the coordination of the ISO 42001 AI Management System certification to support product launches.
• Maintain FedRAMP ConMon compliance and manage Significant Change Requests for Public Sector expansion.
• Design and scale an internal AI Enablement & Upskilling program to foster secure AI adoption.
• Mature vulnerability management operations and expand scanning coverage across the environment.
• Establish program governance including roadmaps, RAID logs, and executive dashboards to ensure cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in technology, security, or compliance.
• Must have deep experience managing security certification programs like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP.
• Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, legal, and operations.
• Experience operating in fast-paced SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to FedRAMP authorization processes including ConMon and SCR management.
• Background in AI governance frameworks or NIST AI RMF.
• Experience working within or alongside security, IT, or GRC teams.
