What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end technical client engagement, including pre and post-sales technical support.
• Document technical requirements and assess product feasibility within customer environments.
• Develop technical collateral and deliver product training for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with network and engineering teams to execute technical configurations like VPN and Static IP.
• Monitor and manage customer technical queries to ensure product performance meets enterprise requirements.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly reports detailing technical issues, escalations, and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing technical customer relationships at the Enterprise level.
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-post sales roles.
• Expertise in networking topology, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies.
• Deep knowledge of cellular network infrastructure, including signalling (MAP, DIAMETER, GTP), roaming (SS7, IPX), and RSP (SGP02/SGP22).
• Strong project management, business acumen, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze technical data trends and work independently within a team environment.
