What you will do

• Take full ownership of product areas across the entire learner lifecycle.
• Conduct continuous user research and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
• Identify and implement AI-powered features that enhance the core learning value proposition.
• Design systems and features to maximize activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship high-quality products.
• Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to iterate rapidly and prioritize the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building and scaling B2C products.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML with hands-on experience building AI-powered products.
• Proven track record of improving engagement and retention metrics in long-journey products.
• Highly technical mindset with an understanding of systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Availability to work during overlap hours with the US team (6am-2pm EST).
