What you will do

• Design and build multi-step AI agent workflows and automated content generation pipelines.
• Evaluate and select technology stacks, models, and orchestration approaches for reliable system outputs.
• Act as the internal AI competency hub by documenting learnings and leading knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Prototype new agent architectures to keep the platform at the cutting edge of education technology.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.

Requirements

• Must be living in and possess a valid work permit for Spain.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, RAG, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong backend foundation in Python.
• Proven ability in prompting fundamentals and system evaluation.
• English proficiency required for working in an international team.

Nice to have

• Background in Educational Science.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Front-end skills (JavaScript/TypeScript).
