Salary: $70,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Implement intelligent agent-based AI solutions and workflows using the hirify.global Agentic AI platform.
• Deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to enable context-aware, real-time LLM responses.
• Develop memory management and behavior-planning techniques for complex workflow execution.
• Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored AI and integration solutions while ensuring business alignment.
• Troubleshoot AI-driven architectures and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• 1+ year of experience with hirify.global or similar integration platforms.
• Experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Solid understanding of APIs (RESTful, SOAP), data structures (JSON), and databases (RDBMS/NoSQL).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and process automation (BPM/RPA).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and iPaaS.
