IT Consultant SAP Finance

Automotive manufacturer developing wire harness systems and vehicle interiors for global customers.

What you will do

• Design IT-supported business sub-processes in cooperation with functional units and define software development requirements.
• Act as an internal and external contact for Finance IT, focusing on accounting, fixed assets, SAP tax add-ons, DRC, and electronic documents.
• Define and optimize standards and complex finance processes, including configuration and cross-functional SAP integrations.
• Develop concepts and recommendations for the SAP S/4HANA landscape and the global template.
• Coordinate implementations and further developments such as SAF-T and SAP FI-AA integration with Plant Maintenance.
• Support accounting applications including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, commercial information technology, business administration, economics, or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience with SAP FI and finance processes, including requirements management, business blueprints, training, and rollouts.
• Knowledge of SAP FI customization and integration with CO, MM, and SD.
• Very good English skills required; German language skills are an advantage.
• Process-oriented and analytical thinking, problem-solving and innovation skills, flexibility, and communication skills.
