SAP HCM Consultant

Location: Hybrid work in Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Serbia, Albania, Slovakia, or Hungary

What you will do

• Implement and support SAP HCM solutions.
• Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with HR and Accounting teams.
• Configure integrations with FI, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
• Set up statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Test payroll calculations, participate in UAT, support live payroll runs, and resolve incidents.
• Migrate and validate employee master data, prepare functional documentation, and train end users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, including Payroll implementation or support projects.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of SAP Payroll concepts, processes, and calculation mechanics.
• Experience with employee master data migration and validation processes.
• Strong ABAP reading and debugging skills.
• Analytical thinking, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.
