Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Implement, configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.
• Translate HR and business requirements into technical Oracle HCM solutions.
• Develop technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations using SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, and HDL.
• Design, implement, and audit Oracle HCM security profiles, data roles, abstract roles, and least-privilege access models.
• Apply Oracle HCM AI and generative AI capabilities, including skills matching, candidate ranking, and digital assistants.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience with Oracle HCM applications in a techno-functional capacity.
• Strong expertise in RBAC, Security Console management, and data-level security for sensitive HR records.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, HDL, and Oracle integration technologies.
• Understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and related HCM modules.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud, Oracle Database, or other relevant Oracle certifications.
