TL;DR

AI-First Developer / Builder (Python & Full-Stack): Build AI-driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems for decentralized AI infrastructure with an accent on Python backends, APIs, LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines. Focus on prototyping AI-assisted developer workflows, experimenting with AI capabilities for intelligent contracts, and designing small full-stack applications.

Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona. We work mostly remotely but value regular in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Build AI-driven tools, prototypes, and internal systems.
• Develop Python backends and APIs for AI-powered features.
• Work with LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines.
• Prototype AI-assisted developer workflows.
• Experiment with new AI capabilities for intelligent contracts.
• Design small full-stack applications (backend + simple frontend).
• Use AI copilots and agents extensively in development and collaborate closely with a small team to rapidly test and iterate.

Requirements

• Strong Python development.
• Experience building APIs or backend systems.
• Comfortable with modern full-stack development (React, Node, etc.).
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI tooling.
• Builder mentality—you like shipping things.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools, autonomously in a fast-moving environment, and with uncertain or evolving specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, blockchain, or smart contracts.
• Experience with Docker, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD.
• Familiarity with data pipelines or document processing.
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, RAG, or agents.
