Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing end-to-end products within cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise in DevOps tools, methodologies, and user personas.
• Proven experience designing within complex design systems.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methodologies.
• Solid communication and consensus-building skills in fast-paced agile environments.
