Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer: Shaping the user experience of cloud contact center software with an accent on intuitive design for Agent, Supervisor, and Admin personas. Focus on creating a seamless, integrated experience across the platform through user-centered design and collaboration.

Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.

Salary: $90,000 - $250,300 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design of new features and improvements from concept to launch, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and iterate on them based on user feedback and testing.
• Contribute to and help maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
• Mentor and guide other designers, helping to foster a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex, data-rich applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong understanding of web and mobile design principles.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and build consensus.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
