What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Certent Equity Management implementations for enterprise-level clients.
• Configure and validate equity plan data including grants, vesting schedules, and transaction histories.
• Perform detailed reconciliations between equity systems, payroll platforms, and general ledgers.
• Resolve discrepancies in participant records, tax withholding, and share counts.
• Partner with client finance teams to define reconciliation processes and system controls.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues during implementation and hypercare periods.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience in equity management or financial systems implementation.
• Proficiency in data reconciliation between disparate platforms (payroll, HRIS, broker systems).
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into technical system configurations.
• Experience supporting data migration and validation efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
