Finance Transformation Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Finance Transformation Manager (Fintech): Driving growth and scale across the Finance organization by serving as a financial systems subject matter expert and project manager. Focus on leading the implementation of value-added solutions and enhancements, including capability definition, requirements, project planning, testing, and go-live support.

Location: Primarily remote, but may be required to come into a local office or travel to other locations based on business needs.

Salary: USD $184,000 - USD $243,600 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the value of financial systems and automated processes.
• Lead the implementation of value-added solutions and enhancements, including capability definition, requirements, project planning, and testing.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives through technology and automation.
• Track and facilitate sessions with global and regional process owners to identify priorities that inform the Finance roadmap.
• Conduct deep-dive process and systems analyses to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing finance systems projects and enhancements.
• 2+ years of supporting end-to-end accounting and finance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and business process analysis skills.
• Understanding of both Agile & Waterfall project methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise systems such as NetSuite and/or other Tier 1 ERP solutions; Coupa, Salesforce, Workday, Xactly, Expensify, Immedis, Zuora RevPro, and Tableau preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompt development to improve productivity and outcomes.
