What you will do

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), Loom, Rovo, and Confluence.
• Manage global settings, user permissions, and security schemes, ensuring adherence to compliance and data privacy standards.
• Design and implement AI-driven agents and workflows using Atlassian Rovo.
• Build scalable self-service pattern templates, request types, forms, and automations.
• Simplify workflows, configuration, and establish standards to reduce complexity.
• Manage and maintain Atlassian internal application code repositories within GitHub, implementing automated testing and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

• A problem solver, self-motivated, and a life-time learner with an ownership mindset.
• 5+ years administering Atlassian Cloud software and marketplace plugins.
• Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP).
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud Migrations.
• Strong software development experience with hands-on expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience leveraging AI/ML-powered tools or automation to enhance workflows.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering and interacting with LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Claude).
