Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $169,150 - $233,000 (depending on US location)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end program management activities across software engineering, product, science, and design for new women’s health features.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Regulatory, Science, and QA teams through all phases of the development process.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to plan and facilitate major software feature launches in conjunction with hardware launches.
• Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to collaborators, engineering teams, science teams, design teams, executive leadership,and other stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment with open communication to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and provide technical and organizational guidance for mobile and embedded software.
• Ability to grasp and bind holistic architecture across different contexts (App, cloud, IT, algorithms, Firmware).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expert-level proficiency with program management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and SmartSheet.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with an index on US East Coast operating hours.
