Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Compensation: $125,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team product initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, dashboards, and risk registers using JIRA and Confluence.
• Monitor delivery metrics to proactively identify and mitigate blockers or project delays.
• Champion delivery best practices, team health, and continuous process improvement.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to scaling delivery excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within software development environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Expertise in utilizing JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. due to export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with OKR planning and reporting frameworks.
