Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Compensation: $125,000–$160,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-team product initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
- Develop and maintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, dashboards, and risk registers using JIRA and Confluence.
- Monitor delivery metrics to proactively identify and mitigate blockers or project delays.
- Champion delivery best practices, team health, and continuous process improvement.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to scaling delivery excellence across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within software development environments.
- Strong proficiency in Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Expertise in utilizing JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. due to export control regulations.
Nice to have
- Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with OKR planning and reporting frameworks.
