What you will do

• Conduct competitor benchmarking across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories.
• Monitor emerging beauty trends across social media, retail and industry sources.
• Utilize Beaute Research to track brand rankings and category performance.
• Support communication between regional and local market teams.
• Manage the ordering of samples and maintain the sample cupboard.
• Organize internal fragrance blind tests and consolidate participant feedback.

Requirements

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2026) for a full-time internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest in consumer goods, beauty, makeup or fragrance industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment.
