Salary: $65,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Optimize and manage the Ashby ATS to ensure data integrity and efficient recruiting workflows.
• Implement and maintain interview intelligence platforms like BrightHire.
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards for pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements to increase recruiter efficiency and hiring velocity across the organization.
• Lead project management for key talent initiatives including employer branding and AI tool adoption.
• Partner with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless system integrations.

Requirements

• Must work hybrid in our Addison, TX office location.
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, TA Ops, or People Analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing an ATS, specifically Ashby.
• Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Proven track record of scaling processes in high-growth startup environments.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling processes during Series B or C growth stages.
• Familiarity with interview intelligence platforms such as BrightHire.
