What you will do

• Apply frontier models and AI agents across the stack to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Write and review high-quality code for React Native mobile apps, React web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
• Architect core systems, including real-time matching and autonomous worker-vetting pipelines.
• Partner with design to ship intuitive, polished UIs for workers and business operations.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on product roadmap and foundational tech decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript, React/React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products, including prompting and tool wiring.
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment with high ambiguity and fast iteration.
• Must be based in New York City to work from the office.
